C-mone performs at Charity, London

C-mone is set to perform at a charity gig in London raising money and awareness in aid of Sickle Cell Anemia and as part of Sickle Cell Awareness Month.

Cellective presents… offers a night of Live PAs, DJ sets, Visual art, fantastic auctions and giveaways, held at central London's celebrated venue AKA on Wednesday 26th July from 7pm til late.

C-mone will be performing a live set as well a live DJ set from Norman Jay. A pioneer of Kiss FM, Jay was awarded an MBE in 2002 for his influence on the London club scene and his authority on black music and dance culture.

So who else is on board? Top forty dance act and esteemed dance duo Layo & Bushwacka have donated 2xVIP tickets to their Saturday night residency at one of London's coolest clubs. Record label BBE Music, responsible for the world's finest soul and funk collections have donated their entire back catalogue, The Raindance Festival have offered four festival tickets and art dealers Ginger White have donated £1000 worth of art, rent-free for 6 months. Not too mention donations from up ‘n’ coming clothing label 84’ Fresh, Phuturehype and beverageheaven 24/7. All of which will be auctioned off to the highest bidder on the night.

Cellective Presents… is a fundraising night with all involved giving their time and money for free, and all proceeds donated to North London Middlesex Hospital Sickle Cell Unit and The Sickle Cell Society.
Tickets are £10 in advance and more on the door.
