History
Well known on the Nottingham underground scene for past work with Curious Yellow Sound System, as well as more recent collaborations with the Koda collective, Stone 3 is Nick Davis' solo electronica project. The music is characterised by live instrumentation and electronic manipulation, ideal for post-club brain fallout.
Stone 3 tracks were first released via the Delta 9 web site - www.delta-9.net - and went on to feature on 2004's acclaimed Delta 9 Plastics Volume 1 disc. Stone 3 music has since been used in the award winning short film Metro Mickey.
