General Midi (DJ/Live - Breaks)

“From the backrooms of the Bristol Club scene General Midi was born as a darker and more electronic style of breaks rose like a phoenix from the ashes of big beat. Already experienced at promoting club nights and co responsible for one of the greatest underground club nights in the UK (Shimmy), his skill as a DJ was honed at Lakota, a club that was to Bristol what the Hacienda was to Manchester. Today General Midi’s reach is well beyond the realms of Bristol, as he finds him self as part of the growing network of international breaks DJs"
